Your room will be available from 4 PM on the day of arrival. We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10 AM on the day of departure. We will be happy to store your luggage for you until your departure. If you plan to arrive after 8 PM, we kindly ask you to notify us.
Local tax: The local tax – this is the statutory municipal fee to the tourist office – is charged at Euro 2.80/day. Children under the age of 15 are exempt from the local tax.
Extra charge for short stays of up to two nights: €8 per person/day.
Overnight stay with breakfast (without evening meal): Your half-board price is reduced by €8 per adult/day.
Late arrival/early departure: We will grant a price discount for meals in case of late arrival or early departure.
Child discount: The child discount applies to accommodation with 2 full-paying adults in the same room. Additional extra beds can be provided in the Superior, Comfort, Zirbe and Altholz room categories.
Children up to the age of 3 stay free of charge, 4 - 9 year olds receive a 50% discount, 10 - 15 year olds receive a 25% discount.
NEW: Family room combinations.
You also have the option of combining two full size rooms (with separate bathrooms) into one family room through an additional closing door. Discount for children €5.00 per day/child on the adult prices.
Additional beds: A discount of € 8.00 is granted for the 3rd and 4th person aged 16 and over.
Pets: Dogs (without food): €15 per day. We kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the dining and hall areas.
Pets are not allowed in the Zirbe room category.
Surcharge for underground parking: €5 per day
There are no cancellation fees until one month before arrival.

If there are any entry restrictions to Austria for your travel period due to the corona pandemic, you can cancel your stay free of charge.
